Research conducted by TCC Group, a national program evaluation firm, demonstrates that service enterprises are more adaptable, sustainable and capable of scaling their impact in comparison to peer organizations, and as a result, are able to more effectively deliver on the social mission of their organization.  And yet, less than 15 percent of nonprofits nationwide operate in this manner.

The Executive Director and the Board are the starting point for building a service enterprise.  The process is integrated into the strategic planning of the organization.  This session will showcase the benefits and challenges that can be expected in reaching the pay off at the end.  This session is specifically designed for the administration and board of the nonprofit or agency.  If you are interested in leveraging volunteers and their skills to successfully deliver on your nonprofit’s mission, plan to join us at this pre-conference.
