SEI Action Planning Webinar

This webinar will cover action plans, an important part of the Service Enterprise Initiative, in more detail. We’ll talk about how they are related to other business processes and documents, and how they influence those in the long run. We’ll also talk about the steps in composing a good SEI action plan and have time for individual Q&A. This event is only for members of organizations participating in the Spring 2015 SEI training series.
