Session 4: What Volunteers Need from You
Session 4 pertaining Cadre 4 in Carson City to complete the SE training series. This session includes onboarding practices such as effectively matching the volunteer to positions, setting clear expectations, orientation and training as well as information related to policies such a confidentiality and liability, and potential for movement within the volunteer structure.
