9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance – Service Project – Las Vegas

In partnership with the City of Las Vegas and the Outside Las Vegas Foundation, Nevada Volunteers is sponsoring a day of service to that brings together AmeriCorps members and community volunteers who step up in service to mark the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks for the September 11th National Day of Service and Remembrance. Participants will help to revitalize a neighborhood by removing debris and invasive plants from a site that is slated to become a community park in the near future.
