Professionals working in volunteer engagement, whether as a paid staff member or as a volunteer, contribute a vital service to organizations and to our communities. This work is a critical factor in strengthening volunteerism. To encourage growth and leadership in this field, Nevada Volunteers is looking for interested individuals who engage volunteers to be a part of a unique leadership position.
The Volunteer Administrators Network (VAN) Leadership Circle will consist of six participants from communities across the state, one per community. Selected participants receive a membership to VolunteerPro for one year, valued at $300, in exchange for facilitating up to 5 webinars in your local community. Participation in this leadership opportunity is from August 1, 2017 – January 30, 2018. It is anticipated that full participation will take approximately 5-7 hours per month.
