Service Enterprise Initiative: Training session 4

The fourth and final training session of the Spring 2015 Northern Nevada series will enable participants to identify methods for incorporating specific changes in their culture,  evaluate the progress of transformation, compare action plans against their diagnostic results,  create action plans tasks to address identified gaps, and determine additional steps for training, coaching, and certification. For registered organizations only.
