Volunteer Engagement Training Series- Session 5

The Volunteer Engagement Training Series is designed for people who engage volunteers either as a volunteer, a national service member, or as a staff member in a paid position. The series will be offered through a facilitated webinar format in Las Vegas and in Reno.  You are expected to attend the session in person to participate in locally-facilitated activities and discussion along with a web-based presentation. Locations are provided with registration confirmation. The cost for the entire series is $50 per person; if you register for individual sessions, they are $15 per person each. Use the website link below to register.

Session 5: What Staff and Leadership Need from You

This session will explore typical roadblocks encountered within organizations related to volunteer engagement as well as information for effective supervision and recognition of volunteers including budgeting for volunteer engagement.
